Once upon a time near there were three. They liked to skip around in the warm weather. But one day, a giant predator came along. He was very thirsty and he wanted to eat the chicks.
The first chick built a house of straw. The second chick built a house of sticks. And the third chick, she was very wise, built a house of stone.
When the beast came to the first house, he just exhaled and puffed and it blew the house apart. The first chick fled to his sister's house.
The wolf came to the second house and exhaled and puffed and it blew the house into pieces. The two chicks scampered to their sister's house.
But when the wolf came to the third house, he exhaled and blew but it wouldn't break. The little birds were sound inside.
Finally, the predator was too tired to try any longer. He went away hungry.
The three chicks learned that it is important to be ready and to build a good house. They lived happily in the end in their brick house.

Once upon a day, little Sammy Turtle was walking through the forest. He spotted something glittering under a tree. Timmy carefully crawled over and looked it.
